Jeff graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture in 1995. He created Aspen Outdoor Designs in 1997 and in addition to being an owner of the company, he is also Director of Design, Sales Manager, and Project Manager. Jeff uses his 16 years of landscape/lawncare experience, his extensive knowledge of plant material, and his creative abilities to ensure that Aspen’s landscape designs are "Artistic by Nature".

Landscape Operations Manager
Chris Huck graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Management and Design in 1994. Chris’ 15 years of experience in the landscape profession have enabled him to be an integral member of Aspen’s management team. Chris’ responsibilities include estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and insuring that landscape projects adhere to Aspen’s strict quality standards.

Maintenance Operations Manager
Kevan has been with Aspen as a Maintenance Foreman from 1997-2003 and again as Maintenance Operations Manager since October 2005. Kevan has worked his way up through the company and at the same time obtained a degree from IUPUI and earned valuable time management experience while coaching diving at the high school level. Kevan's daily skills include maintenance sales, scheduling maintenance crews, hiring crew members, and inspecting maintenance accounts to ensure Aspen's strict maintenance standards are being met. Kevan's attention to detail and hard work are very much appreciated.

Landscape Designer
Erica Ricke graduated from Purdue University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Horticulture and Design and is an Indiana Accredited Horticulturist. She is actively involved in community groups, such as ILA, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, IMA Horticultural Society and currently working towards becoming a Purdue University Master Gardener. Since her graduation she has been a part of Aspen's design team. Erica's passion for horticulture and desire for design challenges are much appreciated in her role at Aspen. Erica is responsible for designing creative landscapes ideal for each individual client, site surveys, marketing and is always eager to interact with Aspen's clients.

Landscape Designer
Blake Herbst graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture. Blake grew up in the Indianapolis area and has had the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects in the area. Blake is a actively involved in ILA and ASLA. Blake’s knowledge of Autocad and various other computer programs allow him to bring technological advances into the office. While Blake has experience with computer graphics, he has also obtained Aspen’s unique hand graphics vocabulary. Blake’s responsibilities include designing, site surveying, client consultation, and site photography. Blake’s diverse abilities allow him to be a valuable part of Aspen Outdoor Designs.

Concetta wears many hats at Aspen and is always eager to assist in any way possible. Her strong organizational skills, determination to learn and creative ideas provide Aspen with smooth operations and our clients with the customer service they deserve. Concetta's warm and helpful spirit not only allows for prompt service, but a friendly smile you can count on.

Accounts Manager/Bookkeeper
As a resident of Hamilton County all of her life, Lisa brings to Aspen 8 years of bookkeeping and 10 years of Office Management experience. Lisa's skills and past experiences provide Aspen with the ideal team member always striving for better efficiency. Due to her outgoing and driven personality, Lisa's roles at Aspen continue to increase as she foresees areas in need of improvement.
Lisa is eager to assist our clients every Tuesday and Thurday from 8-3:30.
