"We met Taylor at the Indianapolis Home Show and immediately developed a great rapport. He came to our home a week later and discussed our ideas for a paver patio/pergola to extend an existing patio. With one meeting to make some revisions, Taylor nailed the design and we finalized the contract. The Aspen crews arrived when they were scheduled, were extremely courteous and executed the design exactly as planned. They went above and beyond by staying late one Thursday evening so they could get all the pavers laid because heavy rain was expected on Friday. They didn't want us to have a mess all weekend so the pavers were installed before the rain. The finished product was amazing and we enjoyed it all summer.

We hired Aspen after firing a contractor that promised the same quality and service, only to sacrifice a few weeks and inevitably save us thousands. We were wrong and Aspen came to the rescue! I contacted Blake on a desperate Tuesday, he stepped right into the challenge of cleaning up and correcting the mess we put ourselves in. He was extremely professional, arrived 3 days later with his project manager and a game plan as they began problem solving in the backyard. They pulled samples right out of the truck and we made selections on new product on the spot. That very day we had a design plan, job proposal and a projected start date. They started just as planned and every detail was executed with complete satisfaction.
